We collect information about you when you subscribe to Club B&H, create an account or purchase items from our online store. We also collect information when you voluntarily enter any competitions we run, leave feedback on our products or contact us by any means in the way of queries and questions.

When your join Club B&H/ create an online account, we collect the following information:

When you place an order via our website we collect the following information:
- First and last name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, email address, any voucher codes used, payment method and pet's name. Please note, although card details are entered we do not store these in our CRM system.
When you visit our website your movements maybe be tracked and stored by Google Analytics and Shopify, this is to help identify the needs of our customers in order to provide the best possible customer experience. Please note, unless you input personal identifiable information into our website your movements will not be personally identifiable.
How do we protect your data?
The personal data provided to us is stored in a secure CRM system operated by Shopify inc. We go to great lengths to ensure your data is protected whilst using whilst using https://boneandhome.com and each page you view is via a secure connection and protected by an SSL certificate.
How do we use the information we collect?
We use the information we collect to process orders, send you tailored marketing material regarding offers, news and promotions. We also use your information to improve your experience when visiting Bone & Home Limited.
We promise never to share or sell your information to third party companies for marketing purposes. We will only share your information with a third party company such as a shipping or delivery facility in order to provide you with the best experience and fulfil your order.
How is your information stored?
Bone & Home Limited store your information in a CRM database operated by Shopify inc. Your data will also be stored for marketing purposes with Mailchimp and will be used to send you news, offers and promotions which we feel are relevant to you and you have given us explicit consent to do so. If you feel receiving this material is no longer relevant to you, you can unsubscribe and update your preferences at any time by clicking the links at the bottom of each email we send out or by contacting us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bone & Home also store hard copies of the data you provide us with when placing an order through our online store. This data is kept secure and only stored for relevant periods of time.
Occasionally Bone & Home Limited run competitions at shows and via social media, data collected during these competitions may be collected via hard copies or electronic copies, however we promise never to share this data with anybody else without your consent and always to process this data fairly. Your data will be used only to contact you if you are a competition winner and shared only with a delivery company once your consent has been received.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time and free of charge and subsequently if you wish to make changes or have your data removed from our databases please contact us via email@example.com.
How long do we keep your data?
